This included projected revenue by package, a breakdown of subscription-based vs. lump sum fees, and client conversion assumptions. The model incorporated multiple pricing tiers, including monthly plans, session packs, and maintenance options, enabling the client to understand where scalable income could be generated.
Additionally, Qalam compared the client’s current pricing to industry benchmarks and ran scenarios based on varying discovery call volumes, retention rates, and team sizes. This allowed the client to see the realistic impact of team growth or market demand fluctuations on their cash flow.
