Problem
This organization’s main line of business focused on creating large, custom 3D-printed designs for various consumers. This organization had gained significant traction from its online store but was looking to expand its brand’s presence as well as to create its own custom shop page. The goal was to increase revenue, improve the customer experience, and streamline existing processes.
Qalam’s Approach
Qalam Consulting met with this client frequently to ensure every need, goal, and/or organizational value was heard. Qalam had identified that a new website and branding strategy would be needed to ensure they reached their goals.
After determining their requirements, Qalam began developing an e-commerce platform for them that would showcase their portfolio of previous projects, facilitate meetings with clients, and streamline the order placement process. Furthermore, Qalam identified marketing challenges with their current operations and developed a strategy to improve their brand recognition/visibility.
To ensure alignment with the customer's needs, Qalam frequently met with this client every few days/weeks to ensure the platform met their needs and to incorporate feedback. Qalam, in addition to this, would also present our own insights to the client for their approval to ensure that nothing done by Qalam was against the client's goals/values.
Result
Resulting from this engagement was a new e-commerce platform, a marketing/branding strategy, as well as a more streamlined order placement and consultation process. This client was pleased with the quality of the deliverables provided.
